Apparently eBay has fixed its recent bout of tracking problems for its US affiliate program- here's the skinny:

The eBay US program tracking issue has been resolved as of Sunday April 22. A final fix was implemented over the weekend that fully restored tracking. The affiliate team is now calculating make good numbers based on estimated lost traffic during the partial outage period 4/7 - 4/21. We expect to have this make good posted by the end of the week.
We regret any inconvenience that this partial outage may have caused. After identifying the source of this problem, the team has taken measures to prevent such issues from recurring. Thank you for your patience and continued support of the program.
