Our Start
BunnyburyBaby.com was launched in the fall of 2004 with just one product; a mother's journal that we published to celebrate the birth of our first (and only) child, a daughter named Sydney Hope. The journal, Baby's First Year, can be still be found on the site. It's into it's 2nd printing. The sales of Baby's First Year were so encouraging that we decided to add additional titles and the business just grew from there. Today, the site features over 1,300 other products and growing.
We like to think of BunnyburyBaby.com as the best baby gift site on the web and we hope you agree. Still privately owned and operated, our goal is to offer our customers a unique and exclusive product selection, along with caring and effective customer service. The "Bunnybury" Name "Bunnybury" came from the imagination of L. Frank Baum, the author of "The Wizard of Oz." For those of you who have never found your way south of OZ, we would like to welcome you to the hamlet of Bunnybury! Built by Glinda the Good Witch to protect the forest rabbits, this mythical little town can be found in the "Emerald City of Oz," the first book in the series. My wife and I used to read from "The Emerald City Of Oz" to our little girl when she was just an infant. Sydney was the first Bunnybury baby. We just had to stick with the name.
